I came through to InsureandGo a couple of days ago on the recommendation of a friend for an annual travel policy for my husband and myself. My adviser was Holly Clatworthy - she gave her name at the start of the call, and I ascertained the Clatworthy towards the end because I felt that this young lady had been a first class ambassador for your company, and her efforts should be given a mention. I imagine that her job could prove rather repetitive and challenging at times, but Holly gave a truly professional service to me. She was extremely pleasant and polite, erring on the friendly yet remaining courteous, and her knowledge and ability to impart all information clearly to an OAP without getting frustrated, was applaudable. She ensured that my needs were met, and explained that the policy details would be mailed to me, but that she would also send the details via email.
It took me less than five minutes to close my call to Holly and go to the study, and there on the screen was the promised document. In this day and age when professionals seem often inadequate and blasé about the service they give, it was a real joy (I know that sounds strange!) to deal with Holly and to receive such excellent service, and she, in my opinion, deserves a pat on the back.
A real pleasure to deal with your company, and I’m sure we will return again.

I took out insurance with your company last September, after finding it online last minute before I left to go travelling. I never researched or took much interest in who I was getting insurance with. After falling ill in Bangkok in Jan this year I have been in steady contact with many people who work at InsureandGo during the last six months, and regret I do not remember all the names. I am sending this e-mail to say a big thank you. Being a 26 year old female, alone, broke and stuck in Bangkok for nearly two months, unable to fly was not a high point of the year! But the daily calls I received from your company checking on my well being, the help I received at the Hospital, due to your people in covering costs up front, and money I received back after getting in to a lot of debt due to the illness, have helped me so much. Not enough people say thank you in the world nowadays, so this is me saying it to you. Thanks to you I am nearly healthy again, and back on the road.

Today I purchased a policy with your company, which was represented by Ms Peck. She is unequivocally a valuable, impressively professional employee and a genuine asset to your business. She was unusually helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

I am writing to commend InsureandGo on the customer service I received. I was dreading receiving some long and complicated forms, but they were self-explanatory and to the point. I was also very impressed with the fact that a letter was sent explaining that there were delays in the processing of claims due to a high number of claims being made. All in all, I was afraid of a long and laborious process instead it was surprisingly painless and to the point. I will continue to take out my travel insurance with InsureandGo and I have recommended you to all my friends and family.

Last Tuesday 29th August my son called me from Malia Crete, he had got glass in his foot. I recently took out a holiday insurance policy with InsureandGo to cover my wife and I for our honeymoon to Greece. Unfortunately my wife broke her leg on the evening of the wedding reception and resulted in us cancelling our honeymoon.
I contacted InsureandGo immediately to obtain a travel claim form. This was then completed and 10 days later we received the cheque through the post.
The purpose of this letter is to congratulate InsureandGo on an honest and valued service during me and my wife's recent stressful time.
From the first contact with your company to the last I have found InsureandGo not only helpful no matter who I spoke to but also swift to any request asked of you, because of your excellent service my wife and I are to take another travel policy out with InsureandGo for our honeymoon (take 2!) to St. Lucia, and I hope not to involve your claims department in this one!

I felt I had to write and let you know how both I and my husband feel about your company and the excellent staff you have.
We have been insured by your company since 2001 and unfortunately have had to claim on 2 occasions since then. Both claims were for my children who suffered accidents during our holidays abroad.
We were treated with the utmost respect and given excellent help by the medical rescue people at the time of the incidents and later when we had to deal with the paperwork, the assistance and advice from your company was first class. Payment of the claim was made quickly and efficiently. Today I found it necessary to call once again, as a debt collection agent is now asking us for additional money relating to the incident and again the advice and response was second to none.
It is obvious that the work ethos within the company is of a very high standard and all participants should be highly recommended. I certainly make sure all my family, friends and colleagues know how greatly I value your service. Well done.
