This is just a quick email in regards to Khalil who helped me with my backpackers insurance recently. I was so impressed by the level of customer service he gave me, and is continuing to give me, that I wanted to make a manager aware of it. I think he really has done your company proud. I will definitely be buying my insurance from you in the future, just because he's been so friendly, helpful and efficient. I had queries he had to chase up and he always called me to let me know what was going on. I think he really deserves some credit for how well he has dealt with my queries and my insurance purchase.

My wife and I are travelling to Russia and required a new policy with you. I contacted your call centre and spoke with an agent called Dave. I am sending this as not just Dave but all his colleagues were very helpful, and on the one occasion I had to claim it was dealt with very promptly and without any of the fuss you hear about with other companies.
It is a pity that we are leaving the country and will no longer be able to use your wonderful company. I'm sure ‘wonderful’ and insurance companies are not used in the same sentence very often!

I thought I'd better write in, I cancelled my policy with you at the end of June and went to one of the big companies as they were cheaper, but 2 months later to the day I have come back to you renewing my motor policy for the 3rd year. Although slightly more expensive the service is, and always has been first class and I know I can leave my insurances in capable hands with you. I also use your travel insurance polices every year for my holidays, and will probably start looking at your home insurance prices too.
Thanks for the ongoing great service, and I hope to be a customer for some time to come.

I would like to thank Insure & Go for sorting out our breakdown in the South of France this year. Its reassuring to find a company that actually keeps you informed by phone & text at all times and arranges recovery, hire car and taxis. It could have so easily spoilt a great holiday but as it turned out it gave us a few extra days in the sun while we waited for our car repair! I would definitely recommend your company's services.

I came through to InsureandGo a couple of days ago on the recommendation of a friend for an annual travel policy for my husband and myself. My adviser was Holly Clatworthy - she gave her name at the start of the call, and I ascertained the Clatworthy towards the end because I felt that this young lady had been a first class ambassador for your company, and her efforts should be given a mention. I imagine that her job could prove rather repetitive and challenging at times, but Holly gave a truly professional service to me. She was extremely pleasant and polite, erring on the friendly yet remaining courteous, and her knowledge and ability to impart all information clearly to an OAP without getting frustrated, was applaudable. She ensured that my needs were met, and explained that the policy details would be mailed to me, but that she would also send the details via email.
It took me less than five minutes to close my call to Holly and go to the study, and there on the screen was the promised document. In this day and age when professionals seem often inadequate and blasé about the service they give, it was a real joy (I know that sounds strange!) to deal with Holly and to receive such excellent service, and she, in my opinion, deserves a pat on the back.
A real pleasure to deal with your company, and I’m sure we will return again.

I took out insurance with your company last September, after finding it online last minute before I left to go travelling. I never researched or took much interest in who I was getting insurance with. After falling ill in Bangkok in Jan this year I have been in steady contact with many people who work at InsureandGo during the last six months, and regret I do not remember all the names. I am sending this e-mail to say a big thank you. Being a 26 year old female, alone, broke and stuck in Bangkok for nearly two months, unable to fly was not a high point of the year! But the daily calls I received from your company checking on my well being, the help I received at the Hospital, due to your people in covering costs up front, and money I received back after getting in to a lot of debt due to the illness, have helped me so much. Not enough people say thank you in the world nowadays, so this is me saying it to you. Thanks to you I am nearly healthy again, and back on the road.
