Home Insurance - Claims Procedure
Insure and Go would like to help you through your claim by making the process as easy and efficient as possible. Here are the next steps to take in order to make a claim with Insure and Go.
1. Have Your Details Ready Before You Call
Please have your client reference number ready - you will find this at the top of all our letters to you. Check that the claim is covered by your policy. Each section of the policy tells you what is insured and what is not insured. The cover you have requested is shown on your policy schedule.
If you need to make a claim, phone our Claims Line on0870 606 1365 within the opening hours:
- 0800 - 1800 Monday-Friday
- 0900 - 1400 Saturday
2. We Will Take You Through The Claims Procedure
- You will be asked to provide details of your claim, which will be registered straightaway by one of our friendly claims advisors.
- We will advise you whether your claim is covered by our policy and any excess amount which may apply.
- You could be asked to complete a claims form depending on the insurance company you are with.
- We will explain to you what will happen next.
