Residents in Chaoyang District in Beijing might be pleased that they have the right
car insurance policies, after a 13-year-old boy drove a bus into a number of vehicles in the area.
The boy apparently boarded the number 404 bus when the driver exited the vehicle to use the toilet.
He then drove the bus into 12 cars and knocked down two electricity poles.
A man who was at the scene told Xinhua: "It was like watching a blockbuster movie when I saw the bus crashing into cars like a bulldozer."
He said that he was at a shoe-repair stand nearby and "ran for his life" when he saw the bus coming towards him.
No-one was hurt in the incident.
Xinhua reports that a similar incident occurred last December, when a boy of the same age managed to steal a bus for two hours.
He drove off from a bus station in Beijing and was found 10 kilometres away later the same day.
