Budget airline Ryanair has announced it is to offer cruises, after teaming up with holiday firm Costa Cruises.
Taking a cruise can often mean spending an extended period away from home, so holidaymakers may want to check their
home insurance covers them for the time they are away.
The new partnership will see Ryanair passengers able to fly to any of 50 destinations and then connect with a cruise ship there.
Among the holiday spots are Barcelona, Marseille, Savona and Venice.
Holidaymakers looking to save money could find it wise to book before March 16th, as Ryanair is offering a £100 cruise voucher for people to use onboard their ships when they book a holiday on its site.
Sinead Finn from Ryanair said that the partnership will lower the cost of cruise holidays and give tourists a greater choice.
Ryanair also recently joined forces with Alan Rogers Travel to offer camping holidays.
InsureandGoholiday insurance can cover any type of break, from a cruise to a camping trip, all for a low cost.
