Annual multi trip insurance may be a wise buy for those looking to take the advice of one property expert and invest in a Spanish home.
According to property firm Nubricks, bargains are now available on the Spanish property market.
Holidaymakers who frequently jet off to visit a holiday home may find that annual multi trip insurance offers better value than a single
travel insurance policy.
Director at Nubricks Adam Samuel said that there are reductions of as much as 50 per cent being seen in the country.
"Even in an economic crisis there are still people with money and there are still people looking for bargains - those bargains are now becoming available," he commented.
A list released by property investment magazine Jet-to-Let last month showed that Spain was the sixth-most popular place for investors to put money into foreign property.
