Budgeting for a holiday and
travel insurance can be difficult and many people may be finding it even more of a struggle in the current conditions.
However, for those looking to get travel insurance and take a break, a cruise could be the ideal option, as they are "much easier" to budget for.
Such is the assertion of the Passenger Shipping Association, which claims that saving up for a cruise is easier and comments that such trips offer "exceptional value for money".
Penny Guy, a spokeswoman for the association, said that the reason cruises were such good value was their inclusive benefits.
"By its inclusive nature, [a cruise holiday] offers exceptional value for money and is much easier to budget for. You have your accommodation, your meals, entertainment and the actual transport aspect, all included within the price," she commented.
