Consumers looking to purchase a new car after Christmas have been advised on a number of good deals set to be available in the new year.
According to a new report from UK consumer watchdog Which?, manufacturers such as Subaru, Toyota, Vauxhall and BMW have all put together offers on their new models which could be of interest to drivers looking to grab a bargain.
Most notably, the magazine states, is Subaru's latest Impreza WRX which is currently being made available with £3,000 off its original list price of £19,995.
It is also reported that 2008 will also see Toyota make some price cuts across a range of its most popular models such as the RAV4, Aygo and Yaris.
Vauxhall is also set to release a more eenvironmentally friendly version of its Agila model which is expected to offer a CO2 emission level of 120g/km and for those looking for a more powerful option BMW will be extending its range of X6 models.
Classicdriver.co.uk reported earlier this month that BMW's X6 xDrive50i was set to be the "most powerful production model BMW has ever produced".
