Regarding England's recent participation in the Rugby World Cup over the weekend, Lloyds TSB Insurance has examined claims made around the country's last appearance in the final.
Claims made on or around November 22nd included a smoker leaving an England flag too close to an ashtray, allowing it to burst into flames and blacken a wall with smoke, according to the firm.
Other cases involved a Great Dane jumping over a sofa and smashing photo frames and a vase, which could have resulted in the need to make a costly
dog insurance claim.
Managing director of Lloyds TSB Phil Loney commented: "The tension of the Rugby World Cup final four years ago clearly took its toll on the nation's homes."
England full back Jason Robinson has stated that the future for the English team "looks good".
