A survey from NatWest International Personal Banking says that Canada and New Zealand have the best quality of life.
Dave Isley, head of Natwest International Personal Banking said that two countries are featured regularly on surveys of this type and that they were "very British-orientated".
The survey also looked at how much people's "Britishness" has diminished since moving to certain countries, finding that Canada and New Zealand saw the most Brits whose UK personality had dropped in "Britishness", at 48 and 32 per cent respectively.
Mr Isley went on to say that the survey showed it was easier to integrate into English speaking countries when moving abroad and that ex-pats might find it more difficult to settle in to places with a much different culture, such as Singapore.
In related news, the Daily Mail recently reported that a record 196,000 people emigrated from the UK last year, with Australia, Spain, America, New Zealand and France proving to be the most popular places for Brits to start a new life.
