An "exclusive" hotel complex is to be built in the Deira district of Dubai, it has been announced.
Comprising 180 hotel apartments as well as a range of food and drink outlets, the facility is due to be completed in 2009.
Hotelier Movenpick states that the accommodation will be "ideally suited" for short and long-stay residents, as well as holidaymakers.
Chief executive officer of Omniyat Properties Mehdi Amjad comments: "Even the smallest details in the furnished full-service apartments are paid particular attention in order to offer first-class convenience and lifestyle."
Those visitng Dubai before the complex is finished can still enjoy attractions such as Wild Wadi Water Park, the Grand Mosque and the Bastakia Quarter.
