Consumers planning a trip to Russia in the future will be able to stay in increasingly luxurious accommodation.
Hyatt Hotels & Resorts intends to open four new hotels in the country and the Commonwealth of Independent States in the next three years.
The facilities will include one Grand Hyatt, a Park Hyatt and two Regency properties.
Thierry Bertin, area director of Middle East marketing for the firm, comments: "Russia is an emerging market economy, which is set to offer substantial growth and great future potential."
He added that the new properties will be able to accommodate an increasing number of visitors to the region.
Existing attractions in Russia include the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, St Basil's Cathedral and the State Hermitage Museum.
