Bollywood-loving Brits will know that dancing is an integral part of Indian culture and this month they can try out some nifty moves of their own at the Khajuaho Dance Festival in the Madhya Pradesh state, in the centre of the country.

Beginning on February 25th, the festival takes place at the open air auditorium in front of the Chitragupta and Vishwanatha Temples, dedicated to the Sun God and Lord Shiva respectively.

Since 2002, the festival has become renowned for its outlandish and colourful classical dance performances set against the stunning archaic backdrop.

Dancers and artists come from all over India to showcase their talents and visitors will be treated to a thrilling display of nimble Kathak, sophisticated Bharathanatyam, soft temple flavoured Odissi and whole dance dramas of Kuchipudi and Manipuri.

For those who are looking for a more relaxing Indian break, Madhya Pradesh hosts some of the best health spas and beauty therapy centres in the country that use hundreds of years of experience to deliver treatments as soothing as they are unique.

For those aged under 36 who are off on an extended trip, InsureandGo offers a range of destination specific insurance deals fitting the policy to your needs.
