There are a whole host of destinations just crying out to be discovered this year and a leading travel expert has tipped some of the top new locations of 2007.

Frank Partridge, writing in the Independent, states that the former Yugoslavian province, Montenegro, is expected to be a big hit with British holidaymakers this year.

Since severing ties with Serbia in May of last year, the country is predicted to attract many more than the 75,000 British holidaymakers than it received in 2006 this time around, thanks to its gorgeous Adriatic coastline, national parks and mountain ranges where ski resorts are being developed.

Further afield, the former war torn country of Mozambique is expected to grow in popularity this year with the northern islands and the touristy Ibo Island, once a Portuguese trading post, expected to be particularly fashionable.

Lastly, honeymooners wishing to look beyond the traditional offering of the Seychelles and Mauritius may wish to consider the Indian Ocean island of Madagascar, with it s staggering beauty and miles of gorgeous beach.
