A new gadget designed to protect ladies modesty when exiting the vehicle, Sheila's Wheels has announced.
The
car insurance provider noted that the Exi-quette Car Curtain has been developed following research showing that more than 12 million women have revealed more than they would like to when leaving a vehicle.
Allowing female drivers to avoid following in the unfortunate footsteps of the likes of Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Jodie Marsh and Jordan, the device was designed by Gusto and is currently in prototype development.
Etiquette expert Jean Broke-Smith commented: "If you want to be treated like a lady you need to behave like one, however getting out of a car elegantly is no easy feat and takes practice."
In other research published by Sheila's Wheels earlier this year, it was revealed that the average woman keeps £129 pounds of personal possessions in their vehicle, which were said to be treated as car closets.
InsureandGo's
car insurance cover aims to protect both the vehicle and its contents.
