Oslo is the most expensive city break destination in Europe, according to a new survey.
The capital of Norway beat London, Paris and Copenhagen to top the league table compiled by the Economist Intelligence Unit.
Its Worldwide Cost of Living Survey saw Oslo replace Tokyo as the most expensive city in the world.
European cities are dominating the table, with Tokyo currently in fifth place out of 132 cities included.
Other expensive cities in the top ten include Reykjavik, Frankfurt and Helsinki.
For cheaper holidays, perhaps head to Athens, which ranks 55th in the table, or any South American destination.
Interestingly, North American destinations are becoming increasingly cheap to holiday in, with New York coming in 28th place and Montreal in 36th.
