Package holidays are well suited to families looking to escape from the UK for a short time, according to one

Kayte Williams, holiday travel manager at Travelsupermarket.com, has suggested that the security of being met by a rep means that package deals often appeal to families and particularly those with small children.
For many parents it can be good to know that certain aspects of a holiday are taken care of on your behalf, which leaves more time available for relaxation and enjoyment.
Ms Williams commented: "Families can pre-book things like cots and pushchairs for their children, and these are things you wouldn't necessarily get if you went out and booked your flight and hotel separately."
