Visitors to Singapore are now able to take advantage of unlimited travel on trains and buses thanks to a new pass, it has emerged.

Tourism officials explained that the ticket will allow consumers to get around the city state more easily, which could make tourist attractions more accessible to those visiting the region.

A total of three different versions of the pass are available, for one, two or three days' travel on public buses as well as the mass rapid transit and light rapid transit rail services, according to Deutsche Presse-Agentur.

Established attractions that the pass may make it easier to visit include Jurong BirdPark, the National Museum of Singapore and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.
