UK holidaymakers make up the highest proportion of visitors to Las Vegas each year, it has been revealed.
According to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA), the UK is the number one overseas market for visitors to the US, while anyone contemplating a trip to the US might want to take out travel insurance to cover their health and belongings while they are abroad.
Cathy Tull, senior vice-president of marketing at LVCVA, said the destination has proved popular with UK travellers because of the variety of amenities on offer.
