Surfing travel insurance for Costa Rica

Do I need a visa for Costa Rica?

Healthcare in Costa Rica

UK health authorities have put Costa Rica under risk of Zika virus transmission. This doesn’t affect you unless you are pregnant, so take care. Also, if you’re in a remote area, ambulance services may vary.

Medical care is generally of a high standard in Costa Rica, with medical care chargeable to visitors. It’s important to make sure that you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover any potential costs.
