As of 24th January 2020, InsureandGo have stopped selling new mobile and tablet insurance policies.
If you already have a policy with us, don’t worry – cover will continue as normal until the end of your current contract.

Your policy covers your mobile or tablet for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Our mobile and tablet policies are underwritten by MAPFRE Asistencia Compañía Internacional de Seguros y Reaseguros, Sociedad Anonima. Their registered address is Dixon House, 72-75 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 4BR, their company number is FC021974 and their branch number is BR008042. They trade under the name MAPFRE Assistance. MAPFRE Asistencia are authorised by the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones and are subject to limited regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. Details about the extent of this regulation are available from us on request.
If you need to make a claim on your policy, you can use our online claim system. Alternatively, you can call us on 0333 999 7916 (local rate) between 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. You must register your claim within two working days of discovering the incident (or, in the event of an incident occurring outside the UK, within two working days of returning to the UK). We will assess your claim and, providing that your claim is valid, will authorise the repair or replacement of your device as appropriate.
In the event of a claim on your policy, you will need to pay an excess of between £25 to £100 dependant on the level of excess you chose when you bought the insurance.
In addition to your statutory right, you may cancel your policy at any time by giving us notice in writing or by phone. The cover will terminate as soon as your cancellation request is received. Please note that all cancellations outside of the statutory 14 day period will be subject to a £10 administration fee. If you would like to cancel your policy, please call us on 0333 999 7916.
Yes, your devices are covered worldwide for trips of up to 45 days with our Standard cover; if you chose the Elite cover when you purchased your policy, then this is increased to 90 days.
Yes, your mobile phone will be covered up to the maximum limit of the policy you choose.
In the event of a successful claim resulting in a replacement, we will replace the item with a new or refurbished unit.
We constantly strive to ensure that all the products supplied are of the highest standard available. All replacements supplied come with a 12-month warranty, in the unlikely case of a fault developing.
We will either repair or replace your gadget for you. We do not offer cash.
Any accessory which was supplied as part of the original package as evidenced on the receipt/proof of purchase. For example, this includes, but is not limited to, in-car chargers, data cables, portable hands-free kits, mains chargers and carry cases/bags.
