The websites for InsureandGo remain fully operational. InsureandGo has bespoke technology platforms, and is not affected by the current IT outage affecting many travel insurance providers.
If your travel plans have been affected, here’s what you need to know:
- Get in touch with your airline directly. They will help you in rebooking alternative flights.
- If you are abroad, your airline is responsible for arranging extra accommodation where applicable.
- Refund entitlement: If your flight is delayed for 5 hours or more and you decide not to travel, you are entitled to a full refund from the airline.
