Need to make a claim?

If you would like to submit a new claim you can do this online on our website here. For a new medical assistance claim please email us at ASSISTANCE.UK@MAPFRE.COM. Or if your enquiry relates to an existing Medical Assistance matter then please email us at IGWORLDWIDE@MAPFRE.COM.
