Make a claim on your travel insurance

If something’s gone wrong and you need to make a claim, don't worry – we've tried to make it as simple as possible.

If you bought your policy from us directly, you can claim for the following things using our new online claim system:

  • Trip cancellation
  • Curtailment (cutting short your trip)
  • Delayed departure
  • Missed departure
  • Trip abandonment
  • Medical expenses

You must register any claim to InsureandGo Travel Claims within 31 days of your trip ending. If you do not, we may not be able to pay your claim.

Once you've completed the form, send it to the following address with any supporting documentation (these will be listed on the form):

As soon as we’ve received your form, we’ll send you an acknowledgement letter which will include a unique claim number. Please make sure you quote this number whenever you contact us about your claim.
