Make a claim on your travel insurance online

If something's gone wrong and you need to make a claim, we've made it as simple as possible.

Here’s how to get started

  1. Login to your policy by entering your quote or policy number, your surname and your date of birth
  2. Choose which section of the policy you need to make a claim under
  3. Choose whether you want to claim online or not:

    If you choose to claim online
    You’ll be asked questions about you, your trip and what happened. Don’t worry if you don’t have time to finish it all at once – you can save your claim and return to it whenever you like.

    If choose not to claim online
    Get in touch with us and we’ll tell you exactly what to do.

When you’ve sent your information to us, we’ll let you know we’ve received your claim and that we’re working on it. If we need to know anything else, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.
