If you bought your policy from us directly and need to make a claim for delayed departure, missed departure or trip abandonment, you can do so using our new online claim system. Just log in to your account to begin.
If something’s gone wrong and you need to make a claim, don't worry – we've tried to make it as simple as possible.
Firstly, download the form that’s most relevant to the claim you need to make:
Next, complete the form as much as you can. Feel free to call us on 0330 400 1235 if you need a hand with anything.
You must register any claim to InsureandGo Travel Claims within 31 days of your trip ending. If you do not, we may not be able to pay your claim.
Once you've completed the form, send it to the following address with any supporting documentation (these will be listed on the form):

As soon as we’ve received your form, we’ll send you an acknowledgement letter which will include a unique claim number. Please make sure you quote this number whenever you contact us about your claim.
