If something's gone wrong and you need to make a claim, we've made it as simple as possible.
If you choose to claim online:
You’ll be asked questions about you, your trip and what happened. Don’t worry if you don’t have time to finish it all at once – you can save your claim and return to it whenever you like.
If you choose to claim offline:
We’ll tell you exactly what to do and give you the address to post your claim form and documents to.
As soon as you’ve sent your information to us, we’ll write to you to let you know we’ve received your claim and that we’re working on it. If we need to know anything else, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.
Please note: You can only claim online if you bought your policy from InsureandGo direct and not through a price comparison site.
